We are constantly searching for the highest quality beans at a fair price. This means our providers can change from time to time. Also since coffee is a highly sought after commodity, certain varieties of coffee may not be available year round. Most of our beans are sourced from the San Francisco Bay area.

Our current roaster can roast 5.5lbs in 10-15 minutes, once the roaster has been brought up to temperature. Then there is labeling and packaging to do yet.
